A member of our staff can come to your site, assess your computer or peripheral problems and, either make the repairs on the spot, or take the system to our workshop, repair it and return it to your door, often within hours.
 
 Problem Solving
Our courteous staff can be at your location to sort out any computing difficulties you may have and get your computers fully operational again. They are equipped to correct most problems on-site but if your system needs more extensive work they will take it away and return it as quickly as is possible.
 
 Computer Upgrades
It may be that you wish to improve your current set up and so enhance your IT investment. We can advise you on how to get the most out of your existing hardware and software. If you wish or need to upgrade your current systems we can provide you and your company with a comprehensive, to the door service, that can make you computers appropriately functional for your requirements.

It is the intent of Ascending Technologies, Inc. to provide each and every customer with hardware and software solutions for their specific need. Although we can in most cases provide a solution, there will be times in which due to things beyond our control, a particular piece of hardware or software does not and cannot be made to work with the existing hardware or software in a computer. In these cases, the time spent in making that determination will still need to be charged to the customer. The rates listed below with their associated circumstances reflect the general environment in which these rates will be applied, but are not exclusive in scope.

*If customer decides he does not want a piece of hardware or software installed after the installation has been started the service charge will still need to be paid by the customer.
